I had to urgently send the originals of notarized documents from Moscow to Lyon (France), in a single copy (8 A4 sheets).
This was the first time I encountered a shipment abroad. Since the priority was: "safe and sound and on time", then first of all I was looking for a RELIABLE company. Compared the level of service, customer reviews and prices of many companies. I'm not very trusting, but TSM won against the background of others. After studying all this, I left a request on the TSM website in the middle of night. In the morning, at 9 o'clock, Vladislav, a courier service employee, called, asked what I was sending and consulted on the cost and urgency. The option of 1-3 days (75,3$) suited me. I was offered a courier's departure to my house, but my distrustfulness forced me to visit the office in person. Polite and intelligent guys met me in the office. Dmitry explained the nuances of the shipment, accepted the documents, sealed the envelope with me, said that they would arrange everything themselves and send an invoice with a tracking number. I left the sender's and recipient's details and paid for the service with a card (very convenient, by the way). An hour later, Vladislav sent a shipping invoice to WhatsApp with a track number and a tracking link. Due to some doubts, there were a lot of fears and worries that my documents might get lost. To my surprise and admiration, Vladislav reacted quite calmly, gave a detailed explanation to all questions, calmed me down, giving convincing arguments, was always available for communication.
Vladislav's competence complemented my feelings of communication in the office with Dmitry and reinforced my faith in the company's mission. By the end of the day, all this had formed a unified trust in the company as a whole! In the morning, I connected to tracking my envelope by track number. By lunchtime it was delivered to the Moscow warehouse for departure, evening and night on the way, and at 7 a.m. the next day it was already in France and handed over to the delivery service. At 13 o'clock, a courier in Lyon arrived at the address, rang the intercom and, entered, dropped the envelope into the mailbox. We did not understand why the courier did not call the recipient beforehand and did not go up to the apartment. Maybe they have such rules (perhaps if there was a parcel that is in the mail.the box would not fit, then he would hand it over). But since the courier was expected, there were no problems taking the letter out of the mailbox.
As a result, the letter was delivered! almost within a day! And for a reasonable price! I'm thrilled!
