Remote Sales Manager Position (incoming calls)

Requirements
  • A successful track record of at least 2 years in sales, with a focus on both B2B and B2C incoming calls, is preferred. 
  • Ideally, candidates should have experience dealing with an average check of $25 in the B2C segment and $100 in the B2B segment. 
  • Prior experience in logistics, transportation, courier services, or foreign trade is also preferred.
  • The ability to work in a multitasking mode is essential, as customers will call and text simultaneously. 
  • Fluency in correct oral and written English is required, and proficiency in any foreign language at a B1 level is advantageous. 
  • Additionally, candidates should have at least 1 year of experience working with a CRM system.

What you need to get started

  • A reliable desktop computer or laptop that won't slow down when you need it most. It should be capable of running a CRM system, Google Workspace services, messenger, and other necessary programs.
  • A headset;
  • A stable internet connection with speeds of at least 100 Mbit/s;
  • A quiet environment free from distractions such as screaming, children's voices, dogs barking, and other noises.
Responsibilities

As a priority, you will need to meet your financial targets by achieving specific metrics such as paid margin profit for the month, margin percentages and lead-to-pay conversions.

Your goals should include: 

  • selling express delivery services to incoming leads, generating a profit of $1500 per month from the second month onwards;
  • maintaining a margin profitability level within ± 50% and a conversion rate of at least 10%.
